Extremely Disappointing Experience with My Custom Jacket Order

Extremely disappointed with my Blackbird Leather jackets purchase experience. I had approached them from Australia to order three custom leather jackets, and was initially very impressed by the quick and professional communication from Hamas Tariq, who introduced himself as the owner of the company.

Hamas understood my design requirements, sizing, and customization details, and we agreed on a fair price. He was also aware that the jackets would be shipped to Australia. Based on our communication, I felt confident that I would receive high-quality, made-to-measure jackets. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

When I received the jackets, I was extremely disappointed by both the quality and the sizes. They were not as per the specifications I provided and certainly not what was promised.

All jackets have zippers on the wrong side.

Jacket 1: The collar button does not close properly, and the overall length is shorter than what I ordered.

Jacket 2: Completely wrong size — I ordered XL, but was sent a Large.

Jacket 3: The collar design is completely different from what I requested.

I contacted Hamas two days ago to share my feedback and photos, but have received no response. He previously mentioned that Rehan Sarwar is his business partner and manages marketing. I hope both Hamas and Rehan take this feedback seriously.

Please don’t promise what you cannot deliver. For me, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I feel I have wasted my money on a product that does not meet even basic expectations.
